Our recent experience includes:

  • Acting for an ASX listed property investment fund in negotiating the acquisition and settlement of a major Perth CBD property for +$200m
  • Acting on the restructuring of a property syndicate with a subdivision in the North West and the exit of several investors from the syndicate
  • Preparation of template sale terms and strata by laws for a small townhouse development in Perth
  • Negotiation of lease terms for a substantial industrial lease on behalf of tenant
  • Acting for the buyer of a retail shopping centre ($140 million) including due diligence into the legal agreements, negotiating contract terms, liaising with Bank funders on terms of funding, satisfaction of conditions precedent and settlement
  • Acting for landlords of various property types in preparation of leases to suit commercial, office, retail, industrial or strata premises for gross and net leases
  • Acting on the settlement of a residential property involving default by vendor, rectification of defects and negotiation of a variation to terms to allow settlement to proceed
