Ai Mei holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia.
Admitted in 1993, Ai Mei is a Senior Associate in the commercial team with over 25 years’ experience in commercial and property law.
Ai Mei’s practice involves the preparation and review of documentation of a broad range of commercial transactions including contracts for the sale of businesses and commercial and residential property, leasing, land related dealings such as adverse possession applications, preparing securities, shareholder and partnership structures, supply and distribution arrangements, company structuring and compliance together with trust and estate planning and probate administration.
