Didier holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia.
Didier is a founding Director and Chair of MPH Lawyers. With over 35 years’ experience, he practices in corporate, commercial and resources law, with particular emphasis on the provision of strategic corporate and commercial advice.
An experienced public and listed company director, Didier has held a number of board positions on ASX and LSE listed companies. He is currently the Non-Executive Chair of Centaurus Metals Limited and Non-Executive Director of Alicanto Minerals Limited, both listed on the ASX.
Didier was appointed the Honorary Consul for the United Republic of Tanzania in Australia in April 1997. Since that time, he has volunteered his services to assist Tanzania with representation in Australia as well as promoting investment in Tanzania and addressing some of Tanzania’s needs in health and education.
Didier is the Chair of the Australia Tanzania Society Limited and of Rafiki Surgical Missions. In 2014, he was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in recognition of his significant service to the international community.
