Michael is a lawyer in our commercial litigation team.
Michael graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia in 2022, after having completed a Bachelor of Commerce in 2019, majoring in Economics and Finance, and is admitted in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and High Court of Australia.
Since joining MPH, Michael has worked primarily in the areas of commercial and insolvency litigation. He advises on a broad spectrum of complex litigation, including competition and consumer matters, inheritance and estate disputes, and contentious matters arising in connection with personal and corporate insolvency. He regularly appears in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, and Federal Court of Australia.
Michael is a member of the management committee of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Western Australia Inc, and will also sit on the general committee of the Restructuring & Insolvency Network WA (RINWA) for 2026/2027.
Michael is fluent in Arabic.
