Taila is a Director in our corporate and commercial practice.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Curtin University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2019.
Taila advises a diverse range of clients from startups and SMEs to large private and listed companies on a range of corporate and commercial matters. Taila has experience across broad range of corporate and commercial matters with a key focus on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, shareholder and joint venture agreements, commercial contracts and negotiations, corporate governance and compliance and private equity and capital raisings.
Taila is committed to providing commercially minded and strategic advice to her clients to help them achieve their strategic objectives. Taila is particularly passionate about supporting growing businesses through key stages of development from incorporation to expansion and exit.
