MPH is very pleased to announce the appointment of Taila Childs as our new Director, effective from 1 July 2025.

Taila joined MPH in October 2019 and is a key member of our Corporate and Commercial team.

Taila has substantial experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including capital raisings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, IPO/RTO transactions, ASX compliance matters, Takeovers Panel actions, commercial drafting, preparation and negotiation of customer and supplier agreements, partnership agreements and trust structures and documentation, as well as associated due diligence and project management processes.

MPH is delighted to appoint Taila to this position and looks forward to supporting her in her new role.
