Michelle holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Master of Laws (Chinese Civil and Commercial Law) from Peking University, China.
Prior to joining MPH, Michelle worked in the Corporate team of a specialist migration law firm advising multinational companies in achieving global mobility through work sponsored visas.
Prior to this, Michelle assisted Chinese State Owned Enterprises (SOE’s) and ASX-listed mining companies in tenement compliance in Australia.
Michelle has gained multijurisdictional corporate legal advisory experience on a broad range of matters throughout the years.
Michelle is professionally fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
